2007 Houston IT Client Salary Survey

The Houston IT Salary Survey is an annual survey conducted by the president of JDA Professional Services, Inc., James Del Monte. The salaries in this survey are based on current average earnings at the time of publishing. This survey is an effective tool for guiding IT salaries year round. However, when using it to evaluate your own salary, you must take into consideration total compensation which has several variables. Some considerations that impact base salaries are bonuses, location, cost of insurance and other non cash incentives.

Treat others as you want them to treat you.  Luke 6:31

“ . . . Almost 100% of a managers success comes from hiring
and retaining good people. Good people don’t make the
difference - they are the difference“ - James Del Monte
